Victorian government to co-purchase property with first home buyers
The Victorian government has announced it would co-purchase up to 400 properties, taking a 25% share of each property. The initiative is only for single first home buyers who earn less than $75,000 and couples earning less than $95,000.
The applicants must also buy in selected Melbourne suburbs and 130 regional towns.
